Music at Kohl Mansion is dedicated to enhancing the cultural fabric of the San Francisco Peninsula by providing quality chamber music and music education in the unique and historic setting of the Kohl Mansion and in local schools. This non-profit organization needed to revitalize their image. By redesigning their corporate identity and promotional materials, it boosted not only their image but morale — bringing excitement back into chamber music. The identity was based on the beautiful and natural surroundings of the Kohl Mansion location and chamber music’s string quartet. During the same season, the organization was turning twenty-five years. Therefore, a special anniversary logo was designed in theme with the unveiling of the new logo.
LyChron is a company committed to the continued advancement of human and animal health through biomedical research, teaching, and testing. They were in need of an updated look to their corporate identity. Square Two helped them visually implement their goals and communicate to their audience a high-level of trust, service, and efficiency.
cyberCSI is a privately held company headquartered in Santa Clara, California. The company’s expertise is in providing scaleable, cost-effective IT outsourcing solutions for mid to large corporate enterprises. Here, Square Two produced their logo based on an assessment of their three strengths (people, hardware, and a proprietary product) and adding the concept of motion and modernity by applying rotated positions to the rings. By this implementation, the rings felt like letterforms.
GRIDiant provides a suite of optimization software that allows electric utilities to optimize in real-time the operations and planning of their transmission and distribution. Square Two was commissioned to bring GRIDiant’s identity up-to-date along with designing their stationery, collateral, and website.

Equal Access International is an organization that tells the story of the third-world countries that do not have the ways and means to access information and fight for their human rights. Square Two helped design their logo. Their logo encompasses the idea of a world that has access to information. We helped them to build a website not only engaging for the reader but also established an easy-to-use CMS system for their staff all around the world to add their stories.
With the dawning of man, logos (or stylized images) have emblazoned our visual history — from caves to cattles. Logos represent a part of us, or in this case, a company or an individual. Square Two has been fortunate enough to be part of these companies’ history.
Square Two’s Beijing office in partnership with Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing created the work for the Games. The joint partners designed collector’s edition stamps, graphic iconic posters, presentations and other visuals. Min Wang was the art director for the Beijing Olympics.
